In beautiful Putnam Valley, NY
NO experience required.
The full day includes two yoga classes, sound bath, chakra workshop and meditation, and free time to explore the natural surroundings of the beautiful Hudson Valley and squeeze in a mini massage. Two organic plant based meals are provided, as well as all props needed for the classes.

Licensed Massage Therapist and Sound Healing Facilitator, to our retreat, offering mini massage sessions by donations, and group sound healing!​

Kids Yoga Series (8 Weeks)

Mommy (or Daddy) and Me Classes (weekly)
Located at Pure Presence Yoga Studio, Elana is holding space for families on Tuesdays and Thursdays to co-regulate and come back into balance and harmony together.
​
Tuesday 9:30 am Mommy (or Daddy) and Me classes for pre-crawling babies and their parents. Let’s take time for you to get back into your body and mind, while connecting with your little one.
​
Thursday 4 pm Kids Yoga (ages 4-6) Children learn best through play, and Elana offers a space for them to explore yoga postures, breath work, and more during this 8 week series.
Parents are encouraged to stay during the first session.
